How to View All Your Actions

Our notifications system empowers clients to track every booking action within our platform. Whenever a booking is created, updated, or deleted, the system promptly notifies users with a new notification. Additionally, for each action, you receive an email containing a link that redirects you to the specific booking that underwent the change.

Within your dashboard's notifications tab, you can view all your notifications or filter them by specific actions. Notifications are ordered from the most recent to the oldest. Below are the types:

  • All Notifications: In the 'All Notifications' tab, you can view every notification for all your bookings. This section does not apply any filters.
  • Booking Changes: Here, the system categorizes notifications based on changes in booking status. For example, changes in price or updates to customer information.
  • Notes: New notes added by your users or by a Hellenic Travel Network operator are displayed here.
  • Documents: New documents added by your users or by a Hellenic Travel Network operator are listed in this section.
  • Accommodations: Notifications related to hotel insertions or changes made by a Hellenic Travel Network operator.
  • Flights: New flights added by your users or by a Hellenic Travel Network operator are showcased here.
